Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.As a Product Manager for Electrification Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for setting up business development target and achievement path of MCB&RCD portfolio, define product roadmap and release new products to achieve sale target.Your responsibilities

Driving the marketing strategy implementation to cover major channel/segment.
Optimizing MCB&RCD portfolio according to market trend, customer requirements and channel differentiating.
Defining the growth opportunity to achieve sales target.
Working with LBU/GPG to release new products ,support local sales in terms of the offering, project support
Reviewing sales performance including Pricing, GM% and NPV, take the action accordingly
Engaging in the distributor and other partner development

Your background

Minimum of Bachelor Degree in engineering is required
Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing/sales in MCB&RCD business or Electrification industry
Strategic thinking
Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
