Job Category: Supply ChainJob Description:In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Planning and strategy
  • Lead the development and implementation of overall production plans, oversee MPS and MRP, and align production with demand forecasts and resource status to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Lead China site and marine global S&OP planning to maintain resilient supply chain network
  • Capacity planning and bottleneck analysis, make strategic decisions regarding outsourcing and in-house production, and collaborate with production teams to optimize capacity allocation and mitigate production constraints effectively
Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, quality) to ensure production processes adhere to product specifications, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles, fostering continuous improvement across all production operationBudget Management * Lead annual POR trade and ICO sales budget, and monthly POR trade sales planning .Support sourcing team to make annual NMI plan and develop cost saving projectsPurchasing & Sourcing * Develop and execute strategic purchasing strategies, including strategic sourcing and category management, to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices while ensuring uninterrupted supply continuity.-
  • Supervise the end-to-end purchasing process, ensure strict compliance with procurement policies, and proactively resolve supplier-related issues such as delivery delays or quality discrepancies.
Supplier relationship management (SRM), conduct regular supplier performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement with key suppliers to enhance supply chain agilityOptimize end-to-end supply chain processes through lean methodologies and value stream mapping to reduce lead times, improve efficiency and lower operational costsOther responsibility
  • People Leadership & Capability Building: Inspire, mentor, and develop both direct and indirect teams (including partner teams) Actively develop talent, build a culture of accountability
  • Change & Risk Management: Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks-including new product launching, new technology /machine transfers, and process changes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams with project engineering, sales, supply chain , ensuring seamless operational delivery and alignment with business strategies.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • 10 years + experience in supply chain management and team leadership
  • Bachelor's degree or above, strong knowledge in supply chain, demand planning, operations management in manufacturing industry, project -system business is preferred.
  • Proficiency ERP systems, demand planning tools, WMS, MRP systems - experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus

  • Experience in marine, industrial automation, or engineered-to-order environments
  • Experience with S&OP or integrated business planning
  • Familiarity with advanced inventory optimization methods (ABC, safety stock, EOQ)
  • Experience in strategic sourcing and supplier development
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience or certification
  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization
