Primary Purpose SummaryOwn the end-to-end demand, production & material planning and customer-order fulfillment to meet service, inventory and cost objectives.Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Translate corporate business strategy into a multi-year supply-chain roadmap covering network design, technology, risk and sustainability.
  • Own the annual strategic-planning cycle: market-scenario modelling, make-vs-buy studies, capacity footprint optimization and long-term cost-to-serve analysis.
  • Act as the executive sponsor for supply-chain digital-transformation initiatives (AI forecasting, control-tower visibility, end-to-end scenario planning).
  • Demand & S&OP: Run monthly S&OP and maintain a consensus forecast.
Planning: Create rolling master production and material plans; secure supply to meet customer demand. * Inventory & Cost: Drive down inventory days on hand and reduce material cost.Systems & Data: Keep ERP/APS/CRM data accurate; lead digital planning projects. * Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements to shorten cycle time and cut costs.
  • Team: Manage supply chain; maintain back-up coverage.
Compliance & Risk: Adhere to ISO/CSR and maintain supply-disruption playbooks. Ensure compliance with government regulations and audit requirements. * Other tasks assigned by line manager.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in supply Chain, 5+ years in managerial role.
  • Rich experience in FMCG/Packaging industry.
  • Proven experience with S&OP, MPS/MRP, ATP/CTP in SAP, Oracle or similar.
  • Strong analytics (Excel/Power BI) and Lean/Six Sigma skills.
  • Fluent English.
