It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.We are looking for a Digital Innovation and delivery Lead to drive the next wave of digital and AI transformation in China — one of the most dynamic and fast-evolving markets globally.This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and AI, partnering closely with commercial Tech BP to shape solutions that directly impact growth — from digital commerce and content platforms to AI-driven engagement and data capabilities.You will lead solution architecture, vendor ecosystem, and end-to-end delivery, while building scalable, AI-native capabilities across a multi-cloud environment and adapting global standards with China-specific innovation.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders and Tech BPs to translate business needs into scalable digital and AI solutions that directly support and enable business growth.Define solution strategy, partnering with leading technology partners across China.Own end‑to‑end solution architecture and integration design, ensuring seamless interoperability across CRM, ERP, Data, Digital Commerce, and related platforms.Lead delivery excellence, governing vendor performance, solution quality, risk management, and on-time go‑live.Manage the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality handover to BAU teams, including documentation, knowledge transfer, and code assets.Build and advance AI‑native engineering capabilities, including intelligent automation, content platforms, data‑driven decision making, and AI‑assisted development approaches to improve engineering productivity.Enable China‑specific innovation while maintaining alignment with global principles across cloud, AI, and digital platforms.Establish and run China enterprise architecture governance, chair the China architecture forum, and guide product and solution design based on business models, personas, and use cases.Lead modernization of the China application landscape, including application simplification, standardization, consolidation, DevOps best practices, multi‑cloud architecture, security, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization.Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing architecture and engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, continuous learning, and strong collaboration with global and local stakeholders.Scope of Accountability:Direct business impact: Drive initiatives that power real commercial growth (e.g. Douyin, digital commerce, AI-driven engagement)AI at scale: Move beyond pilots to real AI applications embedded in business processesChina innovation ecosystem: Work with leading platforms and partners (e.g. Alibaba, Tencent, Douyin ecosystem)High visibility: Engage directly with senior leadership in China and globallyEnd-to-end ownership: From shaping ideas to delivering and scaling solutionsNumber of Direct Reports: 2Knowledge/ Education / Experience RequiredA.
