JOB PURPOSE

Closely work with BU marketing team on annual digital marketing planning and innovation omni-channel solutions including but not limited to campaigns, content and remote detailing ;
Works with the team to identify digital and innovative channel opportunities to improve the experience for our customers and produce more contents to improve market voice, i.e., emails, WeChat articles, content pages, posters,
Provide in-depth customer engagement data insights and recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness and marketing execution
Strong connection and collaboration with digital marketing ecosystem partners to introduce the best and innovative solutions into AZ business with impact

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITESDigital Marketing Business Partner

Strong understanding of business needs and able to translate into comprehensive and innovative omnichannel HCP engagement plans with execution support
Communication & influence with business stakeholders (MD/FH) and elevate capabilities with BU team
provide richer HCP experience, elevate activate rate of interactions and affinity, and encourage high quality UGC (user generated content)
Insightful customers’ analytics with engagement improvement plans
