- Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive Principal, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
- Manage the Executive Principal's calendar efficiently, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and other commitments.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries as required.
- Actively work with other departments, such as HR, to ensure seamless execution of administrative operations and events.
- Assist with handling confidential and sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
- Facilitate and support the recruitment/interviewing processes in coordination with HR, including scheduling final-round interviews with senior leadership.
- Ensure meeting materials are ready in advance, including agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up task lists.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in providing executive-level administrative support, ideally within an educational or corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other administrative tools.
- Ability to exercise discretion and uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive matters.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
