2. Conduct regular reviews of team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
3. Lead analytical method development and verification processes for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring accuracy and reliability throughout.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product specifications that meet regulatory and client requirements.
5. Oversee the maintenance and management of laboratory facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.

2. Proven experience in chemical analysis, with a focus on pharmaceutical analysis (chemical drug analysis), polymer analysis, inorganic nanomaterials, and synthetic biology.
3. Strong understanding of analytical techniques and instrumentation, including HPLC, GC-MS, FTIR, NMR, and spectroscopy.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
6.
