Welcome to Bosch.Job Description- Be responsible of Airbag ECU hardware test，EMC负责安全气囊控制器的硬件及EMC测试-Be responsible of creation and update of test specification according to HW design and customer requirement-根据硬件设计及客户需求负责生成和更新EMC测试规范-Coordinate EMC lab to perform test with test specification, on-site debug support in lab and evaluate EMC test report-协调EMC实验室依照测试规范执行测试及现场调试并评估测试报告- Prepare relevant test stuff and Maintain test equipment准备并维护测试相关的设备- Manage and coordinate the test plan管理和协调测试计划- Be responsible of creation and update of test specification according to HW design requirement根据硬件设计需求负责生成和更新硬件测试规范- Design HW test script and maintain script template on specific test equipment在专有测试设备上编写硬件测试脚本及维护测试脚本模板- Perform test with test specification and evaluate the HW test report根据硬件测试规范执行测试并评估测试报告- Be responsible of HW test failure case analysis and problem solving负责硬件测试失效的分析及解决问题Qualifications- Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Electronics & Mechanic电子，电气，机械相关专业，本科以上-Be familiar with EMC test specification (e.g.:ISO11452, ISO7637, ISO10605, CISPR25, etc.)-熟悉EMC测试规范 (例如: ISO11452, ISO7637, ISO10605, CISPR25等)- Experience of electric circuit design is preferred有电子电路硬件设计经验的优先- Good programming skill, with experience of Python and Perl is preferred有编程技能，会Python和Perl语言的优先- Strong motivated, conflict management, and systematic problem solving;学习主动性强，有冲突管理及系统化问题解决能力- Good communication and English both in oral and written良好的沟通能力，流利的英文听说和阅读-Adapt to short-term travel and overtime.-可以适应短期出差及加班
