QualificationsMaster's degree, preferably in HVAC or related fields.3 years experience or above in HVAC design, installation, integrationTraining Delivery: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.Results-driven with the ability to translate business needs into training solutions.Strong team player with a growth mindset and adaptability.Thrives in fast-paced environments, and willing to travel frequently.Additional InformationPrefer to have1.working experience in international company2.working experience in product or training department
