角色职责:

Conduct full scope (HVAC, electric, hot water, steam, lighting, BMS, building envelope etc.) energy audit for various building types，conduct in-depth analysis of building energy data and implement on-site energy efficiency testing of energy usage and equipment，and develop cost effective energy saving proposals
Conduct retro-commissioning studies for existing buildings for issue solving and energy efficiency improvement
Prepare professional presentations, reports and documentations as required to meet customer requirement
Provide pre-sale support from technical perspective
Identify high-end green building technologies and energy efficiency improvement measures available from market to improve EMSI technical competency

最低要求:

Bachelor or master degree on HVAC engineering, electric engineering, mechanical engineering, building automation or other related major
Five to eight years professional experience in energy audit or energy retrofit business
Familiar with ASHRAE Level 1/2/3 energy audit, turnkey project, building commissioning services
Familiar with energy efficiency testing and calculation methods of major energy-consuming equipment
Familiar with energy auditing, building energy efficiency retrofits, and carbon emission reduction/neutralization regulations, standards and rules in China.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent spoken and written skills in English.
Able to deliver performance under fast pace and pressure.
