- Develop annual marketing strategy and competitive plans; monitor industry trends and consumer behavior
- Plan and deliver large‑scale marketing initiatives, including launches, grand openings, seasonal marketing, and brand campaigns
- Create high‑impact marketing moments such as cross‑industry collaborations, CSR events, and other breakthrough activities
- Lead the end‑to‑end launch process for new products and manage brand budgets to maximize ROI
- Build and manage an effective marketing team; drive collaboration across departments
- Oversee marketing communication, online promotion, offline activations, and store‑level execution
- Improve dine‑in GMV and meet business targets through integrated marketing activities
- Prepare clear and compelling marketing proposals, creative concepts, and data‑driven performance reports
- 8-10 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a comparable leadership role
- 5+ years of people management experience, having led 10+ team members with strong campaign success cases
- Proven track record building well‑known brands in F&B or retail; able to present concrete case studies
- Experience in emerging food & beverage brands or new‑style tea beverage industry; familiarity with 0‑1 brand building or large‑scale brand growth
- Preferably with beverage industry background and marketing oversight covering 15+ regions
- Experience working with franchise models and large store networks (5,000+ stores preferred)
- Strong communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
