Kindergarten Curriculum Manager

• Oversee the implementation and ongoing improvement of the kindergarten curriculum, ensuring teaching quality across all age groups
• Observe classes, review planning and progress reports, and provide teachers with clear academic feedback and guidance
• Lead curriculum meetings, support major school activities, and help manage the learning environment across the kindergarten
• Support the professional development of expatriate teachers through training, mentoring, and onboarding of new staff
• Assist with daily academic operations, including teacher coordination, class cover, and stepping into the classroom when needed

• At least 3 years of kindergarten teaching experience
• Previous experience in a Head or management role is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of early years curriculum, teacher support, and academic coordination
• Able to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on classroom involvement
