- Develop new customers and increase profitable sales in robotics applications. Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets.
- Acquisition of key customers/VPs in relevant fields, and well maintain them. Work together with Application Center to develop technical solutions to meet customers’ requirements and close the deal
- Analyze and communicate necessary operative marketing activities (fairs, end customer marketing, new applications road show etc.)
- Responsible to deliver the annual sales target in both quantity of robots and sales revenue
- Close monitor the competition in the market and collect market status and trend, report to team leader timely
- Submit weekly report and update project pursuit list on a timely basis.
- Bachelor degree in industrial automation/mechanical engineering
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Having at least 3 years of work experience in glass industry (automotive glass and building glass)
- Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills,
- Native English speak level would be preferred
- Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team
- With high flexibility and work hard
- Proactive, aggressive and initiative
