Lead technical communication with customers
Act as the technical interface between customer engineering teams and Bosch cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle from acquisition to series production. * Customer requirements managementAnalyze and manage customer requirements and ensure proper breakdown into system, component, and software requirements. * Technical solution coordinationCoordinate internal development teams to define and align the technical solution for the LCV eAxle system according to customer requirements. * Vehicle integration supportSupport the integration of the LCV eAxle system into the customer vehicle, including system layout, thermal management, and E/E architecture interfaces. * Calibration and validation coordinationOrganize and coordinate calibration, testing, and validation activities (including winter and summer testing) within customer projects. * Technical issue resolutionLead technical problem analysis and troubleshooting during the development phase and drive cross-functional teams to resolve issues. * Technical milestone managementMonitor project technical milestones, identify potential risks, and drive mitigation actions together with relevant teams. * Technical readiness for project deliveryEnsure technical readiness of the system, components, and software to support project milestones and customer deliverables.Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrified powertrain development for BEV or FCEV applications, with strong exposure to electric drive systems and power electronics.
Solid understanding of electric drive system architecture, including multi-in-one systems (inverter/DCAC, DC/DC converter, OBC), MCU, motor control, and vehicle E/E interfaces.
Familiar with motor control strategies, power electronics control, and integration of electrified powertrain systems.
Familiar with automotive quality management systems and core quality tools, including APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
Strong technical leadership capability, good teamwork spirit, and high sense of responsibility.
Good command of English in both written and spoken communication for technical discussions with international teams and customers.
Experience in OEM customer projects or technical coordination in electrified powertrain development is preferred.
