What are my responsibilities?1. Architecture & Security FoundationDesign, implement, and oversee scalable cybersecurity architectures for Siemens' IT/OT landscapes; protect critical assets/data from threats, enable secure digital transformation, and ensure global regulatory/internal policy compliance.2. Chengdu Site Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment
Coordinate Chengdu Site's cybersecurity operations, aligning with organizational goals.
Collaborate with Region CEO/CFO, IT/OT, Product/R&D teams to tie cybersecurity to business objectives.
Coordinate the execution of governance (refine/track controls) for internal/external compliance.
3. Strategy & Ecosystem Development
Define and coordinate the landing of cybersecurity service/governance frameworks (IT/OT/products/solutions) to meet business needs.
Define and coordinate the landing of Building SEWC Site's (BL/Factory) cybersecurity ecosystem (authorities, customers, peers, etc.).
Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
4. Core Operations
Drive cybersecurity solution adoption; act as primary contact for issue resolution.
Monitor/report on security effectiveness, take corrective actions.
Validate suppliers' security practices; align with global cybersecurity leadership (share best practices, ensure standards consistency).
Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity within IT/OT & PSS at a mid-large size plant, with a track record in functional leadership in matrix organizations.
Project Management and Service management experience according to ITIL.
Background in Computer Science or Business Information Technology (preferably with a cybersecurity focus), knowledge of ISO270001,NIST Cybersecurity framework and IEC 62443, better to have related certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
