China, you will be responsible for fix assets management, account receivable & payable, balance sheet open items follow up…etc.Your responsibilities

Following up Capex with all business functions, prepare fixed asset report by cost center act vs budget
Following up CAPEX disposal process, cooperate with facility management dept discard/sale disabled FXA
Preparing yearly FA count documents and lead each function to go through physical counting. Analyze deviations if any and come up suggestion on FA management
Ensuring monthly review and clear BS open items as well as the account deviation analysis
Following up outstanding items of all banks
Supporting to prepare AP related documents or bank related documents required by KPMG audit or tax audit or supplier audit required by customer
Supporting on the financial documents filling

Your background

Bachelor’s degree (major in accounting or finance).
3+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing company, with rich experience in accounting and reporting.
Working knowledge of SAP
Familiar in MS Excel is must and power BI will be better
Be fluent in written English
