Overall RBHP responsible for finance and controlling area to achieve Top KPIs.
Actively understand, exchange and support RBHP strategy & business requirements.
Develop and lead the implementation of RBHP finance and controlling strategy.
Monitor/analyze commercial topics and provide insights for RBHP management team for decision making.
Build and maintain good communication and cooperation with the stakeholders in RBHP and PS&EM global.
Develop team towards a high efficient, digital/automated and motivated organization.

Qualifications

Education: University degree, Master or comparable knowledge.
Working Experience: Experience in commercial tasks.
Knowledge/Skills: Deep commercial knowledge background; analytical & critical thinking.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to act entrepreneurially & take ownership of commercial results.
Personality: Efficient team player, who takes over responsibility & cooperates with team. Brave to take challenges, lead & embrace the transformation.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Language skill: English (oral and written) advanced level, fluent Chinese.
