- Design and develop the Data Science program curriculum, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and trends
- Lead and manage a team of instructors and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship
- Oversee the delivery of the program, ensuring high-quality instruction and student engagement
- Collaborate with industry partners to enhance the program and provide students with real-world experiences
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support as needed
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Data Science and incorporate them into the program
- Contribute to the marketing and promotion of the program to attract prospective students
- PHD's degree in Data Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Data Science or a related field in higher education
- Minimum of 2 years of development and management experience in higher education
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for driving student success and promoting career development
- Monthly Salary 18,000 to 25,000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
