- Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Define and execute product strategies for Bosch's Home Comfort RAC Portfolio Segment (e.g., Super Mass Residential AC).
- Manage the entire product lifecycle: concept, development, launch, and end-of-life.
- Ensure alignment with Bosch's global roadmap and regional market needs working with national product managers
- Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into product features.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position products effectively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure requirement collection, market understanding and translating them to product requirements and platform requirements.
- Execution and Delivery
- Manage Roadmaps and Prioritize Resources and Projects
- Monitor KPIs and adjust Product Roadmaps based on performance
- Be the Voice of the Customer in the Project Execution
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (MBA preferred for senior roles).
- Senior PM: 8-15+ years with proven track record in product strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into product strategy.
- Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proactive, goal- and solution-oriented, responsible and technically minded
- Familiarity with HVAC/energy systems is a plus
