- Support sales team in lead generation and deal closing.
- Align strategies with product, marketing, and operations teams.
- Manage sales budget and provide updates to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; resides in China.
- Experience selling academic programs to schools in China.
- Knowledge of online K-12 education programs and international curriculum models.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting.
- Ability to create and execute revenue and market growth strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage sales budgets and report to leadership.
