New project automatic assembly process and machine development
Existing production line automation upgrade
New technology investigation and application feasibility study
Automation TN summary and lesson learnt collect/sharing/training
Assembly process development related works

Qualifications:

Bachelor in mechanical engineering or equal
10 years experience Min in assembly process development or machine development , or non-standard machine design or manufacture releated fields
Preferred in the automotive industry with complex tooling and machinery
Automation background and software programing experience
Knowledge of assembly tool/fixture design and manufacture
Experienced in production and workplace layout planning
Understanding of process capability and capacity planning
LEAN production knowledge/experience preferred
Project management skill/experience preffered
Fluent in English listening,speaking,reading and writing
