职位概要
立足市场，利用公司资源和自身经验，维护ADM品牌影响力和积极拓展ADM反刍业务（包括但不限于奶牛、肉牛、肉羊等客户群体），通过市场分析、客户沟通、销售技巧等，达成产品销售目标和市场拓展目标。主要职责
- 客户沟通与维护：想客户所想，急客户所急。负责客户咨询服务工作，并提供优质服务。
- 销售达成：根据市场需求调整营销策略，不断拓展销售渠道，达成销售目标，提高市场占有率和销售额的提升。
- 市场调研与分析：调查了解行业现状，主要竞争对手发展的情况，并进行数据汇总分析。
- 销售报告与总结：定期提交销售报告，总结销售业绩和市场情况，为企业发展提供数据支持。
- 相关专业大专或以上学历，畜牧相关专业。
- 具有反刍动物营养行业的相关经验，有饲料相关工作经验者优先。
- 良好的客户沟通技巧和客户关系技巧。
- 适应频繁出差。
- 熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件制作PPT幻灯片。
