It is vibrant and buzzing with life and activity defined by a spirited style and a careful attentiveness.People are the heart of Kerry Hotel, Beijing, and we invite you to be a part of this positive energyWe are hiring Assistant Chief Engineer .我们在寻找一位具备以下特质，并可独立承担相应岗位职责的副总工程师人选：As a Assistant Chief Engineer, we rely on you to:作为酒店副总工程师，需承担以下主要工作职责：Assist the Area Director of Engineering in overall daily operations, maintenance, and equipment management of the hotel Engineering Department; 协助区域工程总监全面负责酒店工程部的日常运营、维修保养及设备管理工作;Supervise and ensure safe and efficient operation of all hotel facilities and equipment, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, etc;监督并确保酒店所有设施设备（包括电气、暖通、给排水、消防系统等）安全高效运行;Manage the engineering team, including task assignment, technical training, performance evaluation, and team building; 管理工程团队，包括任务分配、技术培训、绩效评估及团队建设;Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance and renovation projects; 协调与外部供应商、承包商合作，确保维修、改造项目按时保质完成; * Assist in preparing the annual budget for the Engineering Department and monitor daily expenditures to control operational costs; 协助编制工程部年度预算，并监控日常支出，控制运营成本；Ensure all engineering operations comply with safety standards, environmental requirements, and local regulations; 确保酒店所有工程操作符合安全规范、环保要求及当地法律法规。 * Executes any other duties or tasks as assigned by supervisor. 执行上级领导安排的其他工作任务等。We are looking for someone who:候选人应具备以下特质：
Minimum 5 years of engineering management experience in luxury hotels, with at least 2 years in a similar position;至少5年以上高星级酒店工程管理经验，2年以上同等职位经验；
Excellent team management and communication skills, with the ability to lead the engineering team efficiently;出色的团队管理和沟通协调能力，能够高效领导工程团队；
Strong budget control and cost awareness, familiar with engineering procurement processes;具备较强的预算控制和成本意识，熟悉工程采购流程；
Familiar with national and local engineering safety and environmental regulations; relevant professional certificates are preferred.熟悉国家及地方工程安全、环保法规，持相关专业证书者优先。
