A foreign companyResponsibilities：
1、Be responsible for formulating the technical route in the pre-sale stage of the project, conducting technical planning with customers, and communicating with them about the automation and equipment solutions in the early stage of the project. ...2、During the project development stage, be responsible for the production of DFM, the promotion of the overall project progress, and technical communication with the client.
3、After the project is delivered, be responsible for continuous communication with the client on delivery issues and the improvement of technical problems of the delivered equipment and automatic lines. 4. Continuously promote team optimization and data-driven management, and based on data-driven approaches, continuously enhance team productivity, technical capabilities, delivery levels, and customer satisfaction.
5、Regularly issue data analysis and reports to provide support for enhancing the superiority of automated equipment and optimizing services.
6、Continuously deepen the accumulation of internal equipment technology, benchmark against advanced external line models, and promote the implementation of internal equipment standardization and intelligence.
7、Develop the team's work plan, establish personnel performance management methods and manage performance data, and train and motivate the team to achieve technical support and project completion.Requirements：
1、Bachelor (> 5 years experience) or Master (> 2 years experience) equivalent in Polymer, Chemistry, or Material Science. The analytical ability is required.
2、Possess experience in two or more of the following technical areas is plus: polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer rheology, polymer adhesion, polymer formulation, polymer molding, or polymer characterization.
3、Proven communication skills and ability to perform within a cross-functional team environment.
4、Ability to drive change initiatives.
