1、室内设计、建筑设计或相关专业本科以上学历，八年以上室内或建筑工作经验；
2、精通施工图纸、施工节点、工艺、材料以及后期施工落地沟通，清晰项目流程及技术板块，擅长进度把控、工作分配及管理；
3、具备较强的设计团队管理、项目管理、项目落地、提案能力较好，能独立或者带领团队完成项目从概念设计到项目竣工的能力；
4、具有国际化设计理念，有较高的审美能力，具有极强的设计触觉及创意设计或方案创作构思能力、深化设计能力，有良好的艺术修养和设计灵感；
5、熟练使用AutoCAD、Sketchup、Photoshop、Indesign、lllustrator等绘图软件，有参数化设计软件使用经验者优先考虑（如：Rhino、Grasshopper）；
6、有海外学习及工作经验或外企工作经验并具备良好英语沟通能力者优先考虑。关于PHA湃昂
