Secondary School Principal

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Secondary School (Grades 6–12)
• Oversee academic programs and ensure high standards of teaching and learning
• Recruit, support, and evaluate faculty and staff; promote professional development
• Maintain student discipline, well-being, and support services
• Implement and enhance the school’s curriculum and instructional practices
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and overall administrative functions
• Communicate effectively with parents and the wider school community
• Ensure compliance with school policies, accreditation standards, and local regulations
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing school environment
• Leadership/administrative role with primary focus on management and supervision

• Master’s degree or higher in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role
• International school experience preferred
• Strong background in curriculum design, instructional leadership, and staff development
