Merchant Management: Assist in taking ownership of merchant management across various verticals at Klook.
Product Onboarding & Configuration: Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience
Content Operations: Support in writing, formatting, and managing operational content across platforms (no creative writing required)
Data Analysis: Analyze market-level data to come up with actionable insights for business performance
Tool & System Usage: Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations - we value fast learners!
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various functions in the company - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeat purchases.
Ad Hoc: Develop and support new projects and initiatives to grow the hotel vertical business performance.

What You'll Need :

Fast learner who can pick up new systems and tools quickly
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail
Highly adaptable in fast-changing environments, with a can-do attitude
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
Team player who communicates openly and collaborates effectively
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Analytical mindset and confidence working with data for insights and actions will be a plus
