- Create a OEM management system
- Know about the problem of the assigned OEM and integrator.
- Create a system to manage them and monitor the whole OEM organization to implement it strictly.
- Perform directly activities toward OEM
- Understand the Market and OEM-INTEGRATOR.
- Keep frequency contact and follow up with the field activities and results: visit OEM and integrator and joint-visit end users with OEM or Area sales, review sales revenue frequently.
- Look for new business opportunities and keep aware about competitor action and market needs to act consequently to develop market share and company market awareness according to global strategic account strategy.
- Support field and OEM-INTEGRATOR to get more business.
- Coach and support them to solve issue or difficulties.
- Manage & coordinate the team
- Set the annual budget of the assigned OEM Integrator
- Manage the annual agreement to unify the price structure, payment, after sales.
- Cooperate with TS to provide the integrated solution and software solution timely to coach OEM- integrator and relevant field sales
- Ensure the organization to comply with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Manage all sales opportunities to get more orders and ensure to complete business objectives set by company.
- Develop new business opportunities
- Encourage and support relevant field sales to develop new integrators to penetrate into competitor OEM-Integrator.
- Find out new customer industries and opportunities.
- Compliance with Company, group, region strategy
- Respect for Markem-Imaje rules & process, ensuring that company and GSA strategies, rules, delegation matrix and process are properly implemented and followed locally
- Make sure that business objectives are properly implemented within the OEM-Integrator Strategy and ethical principle of company.
- Bachelor degree, major in Mechatronics/engineering
- Above 5 years of sales working experience in B2B industry
- Skillful on MS Office: PPT, Excel etc.
- Sound business acumen and has long-term vision ability.
- Aggressive & independent, willing to accept challenge to acquire new account.
- High-impact communication skill with internal colleague and external customer/partners.
