- Responsible for wave release and chasing, with comprehensive understanding of pre-wave planning. This includes delivery scheduling, operational workload, manpower, MHE, IT, and all relevant factors to create and release waves. Decisions on releasing tasks to the floor are made according to actual progress on the floor.
- Monitor wave progress, prioritise tasks, and deliver tasks to the floor in accordance with SLA.
- Together with operation team and planning team, make weekly outbound schedule.
- Liaise with each functional team to ensure daily delivery schedules are met efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with planning team to develop outbound plan. Based on the plan, consolidate the delivery schedule and other resources (such as available manpower and equipment) to establish wave release planning.
- Fully align with DC operation team when release and end waves to ensure optimal use of all process's capacity and adherence to the delivery schedule.
- Lead optimization activities to identify problem and provide practical solutions to optimize SOP continuously.
- Work alongside the operation team to manage wave progress. Coordinate with Inbound (IB) team and OB team to balance efficiency and workload across equipment, retrieval, picking, packing, and shipping processes, ensuring alignment with the final delivery schedule.
- Support operation teams in establishing practical and achievable targets by analysing operation data.
- Lead operation team to plan weekly schedule, including production schedule and labour needs.
- Be responsible for the team capability of delivering high quality of daily operations, including collaboration with training team
- Ensure team's health and safety together with cross-functions cooperations.
- Be responsible for team development and cultivate efficient, highly-quality and cost-saving culture.
- Ensure and hold the threshold of company compliance and policy, especially the HES policy.

- Rich experience in managing automated production in the past years. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in warehouses, including 3+ years in managing an automated/semi-automated, large-scale distribution facility which has unit sorter/shuttle/WMS & WES system. Knowledge in system is a must for this position.
- Proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Good communication skills.
- Stable personality, customer-oriented, and a team player.
- Competency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- University degree and above.
