- Lead end-to-end management of BEES Club B loyalty program;
- Localize and execute global strategy for the China market;
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Commercial) to develop program features, strategies, and pilot implementations;
- Conduct regular project reviews with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines;
- Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure program success;
- Design and optimize operational workflows including points issuance, reward redemption, logistics coordination, and financial reconciliation
- 3+years experience managing loyalty/points programs in e-commerce, O2O or retail industry.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities (SQL proficiency preferred) Industry knowledge in beverage/alcohol or retail sector is highly desirable;
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Based in Shanghai with ability to collaborate across global teams
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Background in financial reconciliation or incentive program management
- Proven track record of scaling successful loyalty programs
