Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end management of BEES Club B loyalty program;
  • Localize and execute global strategy for the China market;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Commercial) to develop program features, strategies, and pilot implementations;
  • Conduct regular project reviews with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines;
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics to measure program success;
  • Design and optimize operational workflows including points issuance, reward redemption, logistics coordination, and financial reconciliation
Requirements:
  • 3+years experience managing loyalty/points programs in e-commerce, O2O or retail industry.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities (SQL proficiency preferred) Industry knowledge in beverage/alcohol or retail sector is highly desirable;
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Based in Shanghai with ability to collaborate across global teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Background in financial reconciliation or incentive program management
  • Proven track record of scaling successful loyalty programs
