The Distribution Planner is the interface between the brand's Sales operation, Marketing, Sales and Forecaster, WHS & Logistic teams and the Supply Planner in China. Main responsibilities are to:1. Manage counter replenishment parameters and quantities by sku and counter based on sku's lifecycle status, B&M sell-out performance and marketing strategy to achieve high presence rate with reasonable counter coverage2. Provide qualitative feedback on status/alert of saleable items and additional request from fields, lead process efficiency, manage catalogue and track department store sell-in progress3. Positive communication between Supply, Marketing, Sales and Sales operation;Proper distribution of novelties for B&M based on collaboration with Marketing and Sales;Weekly communication of allocation on novelties and tight SKU;Monthly analysis the root cause of over/under consumption of saleable items;4. Make recommendations and lead actions to drive business metrics with key internal functional areas5. Animate periodic logistics reviews with brand's Top Management and key clients6. Update ERP/POS with accurate sales status data by sku based on forecasts, supply, lifecycle and stock to maintain efficient working environment7. Backup/Coach new commersIn this position, all initiative taken to propose and conduct any continuous improvement actions / project (optimized tool, simplified processes, reduction of administrative workload) will be welcome and encouraged.MAIN KPIs OF THIS POSITION

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
  • 2-3 years Distribution / Retail / Supply Chain Planning experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Distribution / Supply Chain concepts and application
  • English proficiency
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
  • Ability to animate reviews with top management
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
  • Sensitive business sense
