- Function analysis and design, write functional development description document, coordinate the functions development with SW/HW team, new products performance testing and optimization.
- Responsible for power electronica system and components test bench calibration and testing (e.g. EM torque model; EM&INV thermal model; Monitoring function and diagnosis function).
- Make project plan, output calibration and testing reports.
- Implementation and tracking products release testing and procedure management according to BOSCH products release procedure.
- Support power electronic vehicle application.
- Support new platform products performance testing and optimization.
- Support products localization system integration and calibration.
- Support system trouble shooting.
- Master's degree in engineering area, prefers electric and electronic engineering.
- Understanding product release process.
- Ability of coordination and communication under international environment.
- Good English in writing and speaking.
- Accountable, positive, trusted; willing to learn and adapting to changing environment; commitment to fulfill customer requirement.
- Working experience in field of NEV.
