Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to: Project Manager__Digital Project Engineer（>3 years）Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.The work model for the role is: on siteThis role is contributing to the Middle Voltage Primary Switchgear in Xiamen/China.You will be mainly accountable for:1) Digital design of switchgear.
2) Development and implementation of digital solutions.
3) Optimize digital design and promote standardization.
4) Provide robust technical support both internally to colleagues and externally to clients, be mentor to new employees, assistant engineers, engineers.You will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role1) Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
2) Over 3 years’ experience in the design and debugging of SCADA or protection relays.
3) Strong understanding of weak current communication, such as Modbus,IEC61850, and IEC103.
4) Good understanding of power systems, such as high-voltage technology, power system analysis.
5) Good communication and logical thinking ability.
6) Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
