Location: On-siteWhat this job involvesAbout the role:An opening exists for a well-rounded Technician looking for an opportunity to join in Hong Kong.As the technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the site engineering service, technical advice and site works coordination in high standard.What this job involves:
Perform regular inspection to all comms rooms, comms closets and other E&M facilities inside Client’s floors and ICC base building; record all information in the predefined checklist
Provide immediate response and support to Comms Rooms and other floors E&M services related to the operations
Assist in addressing all routine E&M issues
Coordinate general maintenance requests, repairs and site inspections
Vendor management and supervision, including contractor site briefings
Assist in access control management for vendors’ entry for carry out their tasks
Keep replenish inventory record and support for BMS operation
Support for material purchase consumable parts such as lamps and tube
Equip with skills in providing technical support to carpenter, electricity, ventilation, water and drainage
Continuous to keep using safety tools, working platform and PPE
Able to work independently and attend emergency calls, equip with computer skills is preferred
Self perform cost saving initiatives as required
Wear uniform, keep the courtesy in attitude during daily operation at all time
