- Assessment of supplier ability to produce components according to Danfoss requirements;
- Fact based feedback to Sourcing Project Manager - permission to start (or stop) project: (specifications clear, supplier ready, resources available, etc);
- Verification of corrective actions agreed with supplier required for project start. Ensure supplier has the capability, capacity, understanding, and has closed all risk gaps to be fully ready for successful launch;
- Play a key role in PMR (Pre-manufacturing review) meetings. template distribution, pre-work data collection, PMR meeting facilitation, documenting identified actions and dates. Evaluation of correctness/completeness of technical documentation and/or specifications. Verification of corrective actions agreed with supplier during PMR required for successful project implementation.
- Leading supplier advance project development by using the APQP project, ensure the quality of deliverables of each different phase. PPAP worksheet creation, being at the supplier for the on-site PPAP run off, follow up and correction of identified gaps.
- Full responsibility for problem solving related to quality issues which occur in first 6 months from project implementation.
- More than 7 years working experience on similar role;
- Technical background with experience in manufacturing and process control. Experience or degree in quality control / engineerig field is desirable.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) is Must
