As Regional Head of Employee Experience, you will become a key member of Kering Human Recources Deparment. You will play a crucial role in shaping a workplace culture where employees feel valued, included, and inspired. You will lead initiatives across employee engagement, employer branding, inclusion & diversity, and internal communications to create a cohesive and compelling employee experience that aligns with our values and business goals.Job DescriptionHow you will contribute
You will work closely with HR teams across Kering Corporate and Houses in the region and at HQ level, to implement global and regional programs and initiatives integrating the following elements :
- Employee Engagement
-Lead the development and execution of engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
-Partner with leaders to foster a culture of recognition, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Employer Branding
-Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to create compelling content and campaigns across digital and social platforms, as well as campus activities.
-Monitor and manage our reputation as an employer through platforms like LinkedIn.
- Inclusion & Diversity
-Develop and implement I&D strategies, policies, and programs.
-Partner with HRDs and I&D committee members to drive awareness and accountability of various focus of the Group, such as disability, gender equality, multi-generational, etc.
- Internal Communications
-Manage communication channels including intranet (Viva), town halls, and leadership updates.
-Support all internal communication assets with effective communication plans for Company internal events.Key Stakeholders

- Language Capability - High proficiency in English.
