- Excellent understanding on local regulations and policy, and other senior stakeholders.
- Responsible for executing and processing of each process POI procedure and case management standard.
- Support entitled employees on processing of individual income tax and benefits and resolve questions for relevant policies raised from employee.
- Responsible for the daily letter operations; communication with employees to provide HR letter support with accurate and timely deliverables.
- Maintain accurate data and payroll input to ensure process in compliance with local regulation and company policies.
- Track each case progress and milestones and assist in identifying potential delay or issues.
- Help complete open topics across workstream, and support resolve any dependencies.
- Ensure data used is accurate and follow with data protection protocols.
- Ability to communicate effectively and comfortably with different levels of seniority across the organisation as requestor and within functions such as HR stakeholders.
- Assist with other HR operations tasks as needed, including benefit administration, employee data management and other ad-hoc assignments.
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
