Technical Troubleshooting: Provide onsite technical support for troubleshooting issues with RF and microwave network analyzers, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
Calibration and Testing: Perform regular calibration and testing of network analyzers to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements.
Repair and Maintenance: Coordinate and conduct maintenance on RF and microwave network analyzers, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for all RF and microwave-related inquiries.
System Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of customer systems, providing regular reports and actionable insights for improvement.
Issue Escalation: Manage escalated issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for supporting RF and microwave network analyzers.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role focused on RF and microwave network analyzers or similar technologies.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of RF and microwave principles, network analyzers, and related measurement techniques.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
