
Senior Sales Manager - IoT, Non-Auto

- Identify and convert high-potential lea.ds into long-term customers
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and budget holders
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Chinese market
- Present compelling IoT use cases and value propositions
- Collaborate with local sales teams to leverage existing customer bases
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- 5+ years of B2B new business sales experience with a proven track record (including €1M+ TCV deals)
- Background in telecom (Telco, MNO, or MVNO)
- Deep experience in IoT/M2M (connectivity and platforms)
- Strong contract negotiation skills at the executive level
- In-depth knowledge of the Chinese market
- Experience working in international and virtual teams
- Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- On-target earnings (OTE): ¥800,000 - ¥1,000,000 + a range of corporate benefits
- Remote (Preference for candidates based in Beijing. For those in other cities, we offer Beijing social insurance coverage.) with 25-50% travel, primarily domestic.
