- Ability to refine and publish customer reports, respond to SCARs, complete FAI reports and source inspections
- Act as the voice and advocate of the customer for product quality
- Interact with multiple functional groups such as customers/sales/product engineering/design/reliability on quality issues
- Actively address product quality performance on Field Failure Returns and Quality Material Returns (RMAs), analysis of data and drive implementation of improvement programs
- Complete customer satisfaction assessments
- Coordinate customer meetings and audits
- Manage and direct customer queries and questionnaires as needed
- Ensure compliance with quality managements systems such as PCN and EOL procedures
- Lead problem solving teams using 8D
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated by the ability to explain complex technical issues to customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills, team-oriented, collaborative and a willingness to learn
- Broad technical knowledge of semiconductor wafer fab, assembly and test processes is desirable
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Semiconductor field or Quality experience
- Familiarity with Automotive quality, industry standards including ISO 9001 and IATF16949, 8D problem solving, FMEAs, Lean principles and Six Sigma methodology is a plus
- Excellent project management skills as demonstrated ability to prioritize the workload, proactively address problems and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel to suppliers, subcontractors, and customers as required (domestic and international)
