Collaborate closely with Platform to ensure daily smooth delivery and risks control

与平台团队紧密合作，确保日常交付顺畅并控制相关风险

Conduct logistics vendor contract, KPI performance, reconciliation and payment

负责物流供应商合同管理、KPI绩效评估、每月对账及付款流程

Support to develop new distribution solutions to continuously drive cost optimization and Logistic service

Improvement支持开发新的配送解决方案，持续推动成本优化和物流服务改进

Well communicate with rest Sugar team and update related freight timely

与糖业务团队其他成员保持良好沟通并及时更新相关运费

Daily update cargo status and update marketing stock

每日更新货物状态以及市场库存- Transportation Management- Truck + Vessel + Rail

Understand sugar business flow from origination to trading destination including transportation, storage, in terms of cost, efficiency & risk control

了解糖从产地到交易目的地的全流程，包括运输、仓储、进出口，关注成本、效率与风险控制

Work with platform and execution team to maintain DDP shipping plan upon trading contract

与平台及执行团队合作，根据交易合同维护运输计划

Develop and maintain competitive logistic vendor to timely provide good transportation price quotation and service

开发有竞争力的物流供应商，及时获取合理的运输报价

Follow up delivery status for each shipment on time and track logistic vendors for real time reporting

及时跟进每批货物的交付状态，并要求物流供应商实时反馈

Maintain transportation movement data in System

在系统中维护运输动态数据

Track and analyse market freight rate and support cash business

跟踪市场运价，与战略运输供应商建立并维护良好关系

Good communication with millers and endusers to support cargo flow smoothly

与糖厂及终端客户保持良好沟通，支持货物流转顺畅- Warehouse and Storage Management

Keep regular communication with warehouse and keep information flow smoothly.

与仓库保持定期沟通，确保信息流畅传递

Organize warehouse inbound/outbound, physical count and collect warehouse receipt

组织仓库的入库、出库、实物盘点，并收集仓单

Maintain system inbound,outbound & inventory data in time.

及时在系统中维护入库、出库及库存数据QualificationsExperience

3-5 years practical knowledge on logistics operation
Commodity industry experience is preferred
Responsibilities and carefulness, Self-driven, straight-forward, fast response

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc)

Necessary skills: ppt, excel, word, visio etc
Superior time management, planning and organization skills
Analytical skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness
Excellent presentation skill
