Who we are looking for:To provide technical solution to State Street Global Delivery (SSGD) Financial Reporting & Fund Administration (FRFA) operation team. We are driving group transformation and expanding business capabilities using industry best practices and advanced technologies. We are looking for top technical talent to join our team and deliver creative technical solutions.BUSINESS ANALYSISQuickly understand the transformation ideas from operation team. Develop requirement together with Ops team to identify the scope of work.SOLUTION DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATIONEfficiently design solution based on the requirements. Organize and hands-on implement solutions with existing available tools/skills. Meet the target date to deliver high quality, effectual solution to create capacities for operations.Quick response on feedback, capable of solving problem by complex solutions.PROACTIVE PROBLEM FINDINGAlways have plan B, better solution. Drive team to think as different ways, find the problem proactively, earlier involved into duplicated, inefficient operations.What we value:These skills will help you succeed in this role:

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development.
Proven experience and ability to work independently and with small teams (3 to 5 people) to meet deliverables.
Experience and competency with MS Excel for Data import, manipulation and analysis
Knowledge of Databases and SQL queries
Experience in low-code platform will be beneficial
