1. Guide and lead the planning team growth, optimize work efficiency & process of planning team
2. Work with cross-functional teams to create a good production plan and ensure timely and successful completion of production orders, considering available resources; ...3. Supervises resources and progress throughout the whole production process and supports all process steps in close collaboration with all dependent key interfaces;
4. Anticipating and mitigating risks to production, such as equipment failures, supply chain disruptions, or capacity bottlenecks. Developing contingency plans to minimize the impact of unexpected events;
5. Ensures compliance with the processes and procedures. Helps to optimize the production processes in close cooperation with all dependent key interfaces;
6. Ensures proactive communication with stakeholders and the exchange of the required information between operations and customer organization;
7. Handle inventory counting documentation for production and work with warehouse for inventory results;
8. Monitor & track the KPIs that assigned
9. Correct the cost issue by month;
10. Other duties assigned by materials management manager'Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. Familiar with planning and material control process;
3. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal English, CET-4 or above
4. Good Knowledge with ERP/MRP;
