- Articulating Akamai's value proposition throughout the organization from C-Level executives and corporate decision makers to DevOps engineers
- Understanding your customers' business challenges related to the delivery of highly-quality, highly secure digital experiences
- Developing a strategic sales plan to broaden adoption of Akamai's services across your customers' organization
- Working with aligned sales engineers and services teams to build collaborative customer engagements
- Managing contract negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth across your territory
- Have a minimum of 8 years sales experience in B2B technology sales and a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
- Demonstrate successful sales experience in managed services and solutions sales
- Have knowledge of the technology needs of smart devices, social media and gaming verticals
- Possess understanding of the basic concepts of Cloud Service Providers, Security and Networking technology domains
