Analyze customer requirements based on the project POS (particular of specification). Collaborate with sales team to identify technical risks and formulate competitive strategies. Prepare electrical propulsion technical specification and clarification list.
Contact with main suppliers to get the project specific quotations and prepare the cost list accordingly.
Prepare technical review reports and attend technical review meetings. Present and clarify ABB proposal to customers, sign technical agreement.
Technical handover to Engineer team after contract signing.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

Strong knowledge of marine electric propulsion components (e.g., VFDs, PMS, energy storage systems) and integration challenges.
Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink) and CAD, Visio for technical documentation. Familiarity with classification society rules (CCS, DNV, ABS, LR, BV) .
Strong sense of responsibility and team working collaboration. Customer-centric mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel domestically. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Master’s degree with major in electrical, automation or other relevant industrial engineering,
Strong knowledge of electric equipment (e.g., VFD, Generator, Motor, Transformer, Switchboard) and Automation (PLC).
Knowledge in simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink) and CAD, Visio for technical documentation.
Familiar with AI related tools
Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Strong sense of responsibility.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
