May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities·Be able to analysis the drawing, process of machining manufacturing.·Very familiar with machining process and have the ability to optimize the supplier procedures·Supplier development: Plan and execute supplier development projects in accordance with the units and PL requirements in order to provide the needed supply capacity and quality through competent and high performance world-class supplier·Supplier performance improvement: Analyze the supplier indicators to ensure the efficiency of improvement actions·Coordinate with Sourcing, R&D and Logistic, on the information flow sharing about the supplier data in regards to performance, audit, sample homologation plan, NC handling etc.·External relations: create, develop and maintain business relations and effective communication with European units, in order to benefit from their supportQualifications Required:·Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering·5+ years experience in mechanical; the machining is preferred (Production or Quality)·3+ years experience as SQEDesired·PPM and P2s·Part homologation lead time·% of GNC closedAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
