Join us as a Senior Financial Lines Underwriter to make more of your specialist expertise and experience.How you will create an impact：

Underwrite and develop new and renewal on all FL minor line products
Analyze all risks, negotiate coverage, price and terms and terms with agents/brokers/clients independently
Liaise with agents/brokers/clients and Claims Department and provide technical advice regarding scope of coverage, interpretation of wordings, and applications independently
Review, amend all policies before being issue
Identify, develop and establish key producers relationship
Implement underwriting strategy and methodology to meet production target effectively and profitably
Develop, communicate, and implement strategies within the context of agreed guidance
Responsible for new products development and alternate distribution channels as needed, organizes and implements cross marketing with other profit centers wherever possible
Keep Underwriting Manager aware of all major underwriting issues
Participate in AIG corporate AML training, and be obligated to perform AML related duties, including KYC, large/suspicious transaction reports, high-risk customer reports etc.
Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by managers.

What you’ll need to succeed：

University Degree in law/finance/accounting
Demonstrated working experience in related areas preferred
Insurance/financial/accounting relevant working experiences is a plus
Good with all MS Office application
Must be fluent English/Mandarin, written and spoken
Good financial, analytical, and presentation skills
Marketing oriented preferred
Good with communication and interpersonal skills
Target and result oriented
Tactful in solving problems
Willing & able to learn in a face pace environment
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must be a team player
