An integral part of cross-functional client team, independently solve real business issues with cutting edge data solutions.
Work with our clients and other Roland Berger consultants to build pragmatic tools, expecially in industrial environment, such as optimization models, data mining system, onsite automation etc.
Bring unique perspective and insights while facing complex or unstructured data with right coding tools, such as Python, SQL etc.

Qualifications

1-3 years industry working experience with functional knowledge, passion in data related methods or tools, able to drive business insights;
Academic background in data related discipline, such as computer science, mathmatics, industrial engineering, big data, artificial intelligence etc.
Superior analytical skills with creative mindset
Exposure to big data platforms, able or willing to lead end to end data solutions and responsible for the core code
Hands-on person with passion to solve on-site issues
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, digital transformation is plus
Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career;
Excellent Chinese and English language abilities
