- Teaching English courses (ESL) to primary school students in grade 1 to grade 7 and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments
- No more than 20 English classes a week from 8am to 5pm (subject to school schedule), Monday to Fridays
- Bachelor's or above
- Excellent English communications skills
- Minimum TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience, with teaching experience of students aged 6 15 preferred
- Monthly salary of 22,000-25,000 RMB and above commensurate with experience and qualifications
