NPI projects :
Participate in product design reviews, providing suggestions on product structure, component design, process design and quality control.
Participate in production line or equipment design specification , quotation, concept evaluation, supplier selection, and design reviews .
Support in-plant set up, debugging, trial run, driving process improvement and optimization to achieving the desired results in output, yield rate , and scrap.
Ensure production line or equipment compliance with relevant EHS regulations, production cost meet expectation, complete documents ready before G5 approval.
Sustaining Production :
Ensure daily production , analyze and resolve issues, meet production plans on schedule.
Continuously optimize process or equipment across function to reduce manufacturing costs and achieve cost savings targets yearly .
Evaluate production line capacity expansion , new part numbers introduce and EC.
Develop and implement production line or equipment maintenance; prepare and update related documents.
Training talents , design standardization, new technology introduce and innovation.Requirements:
Education and Experience
College degree or above and mechanical related background
Over 6 years working experiences in connector manufacturing
